  1.       Our Refund’s Principle

The basic principle of TutorOnline’s Refund Policy is that all refunds are at TutorOnline's sole discretion with tailored to yours specific request.
Other principles of TutorOnline's refund policy include:
- The right to a refund of funds paid for tutoring services rendered, if such a claim is made within the timeframe set forth in this policy;
- Cancellation Policy, regarding cancellation of your personal account with further termination of subscription to TutorOnline tariffs;
- Guarantee of the quality of services rendered, which meets all established requirements and educational standards, in order to prevent refunds on the basis of poorly rendered services. In case the fact of poor quality of services is established, you will have an unconditional right to a refund.

  1.       Refund Proceeding

You may request a refund for unused funds at your account (excluding any additional funds as defined which shall have no cash equivalent and shall not be refundable or capable of being withdrawn other than by means of a redemption in respect of tutoring services at TutorOnline) at any time.
You must provide your request by skype to tutoronline.net or by email to [email protected] and include all your bank details i.e. your full name, sort code and account number (‘Refund Request Notification’).
Your refund shall be made within thirty (30) days of TutorOnline LP’s receipt of your Refund Request Notification which will then be subject to the timescales imposed by your banking clearing systems.
Refunds shall only be provided in respect of funds purchased less than twelve (12) months prior to the Refund Request Notification. For the avoidance of doubt, no refunds shall be permitted in respect of funds purchased more than twelve (12) months prior to the Refund Request Notification.
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Refunds are returned to "THAT" source from which they were received. Sending a refund to any "OTHER" account is subject to tax and legal difficulties. Therefore, if for some reason you are unable to receive a refund to the same account, we can provide you with a "Credit" that you can use to pay for future services. You can also share this credit with your friends and family and they can use these credits to pay for our services.
By agreement with TutorOnline, a refund may be raised to another account specified by you, however, TutorOnline makes no guarantee that this option will be unconditionally available to you.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (1 917 512 09 69, Skype: tutoronline.net or you may sign in to your account and use our automated system).

  1.       Force Majeure Circumstances

In particular, such circumstances include: natural disasters (earthquake, flood, hurricane), fire, mass diseases (epidemics), strikes, military actions, terrorist acts, sabotage, transport restrictions, prohibitive measures of states, prohibition of trade operations, including with certain countries, due to international sanctions and other circumstances beyond the control of the parties to the agreement (contract).
