We at TutorOnline LP have created this Privacy Policy to describe how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information through our website, applications and any other interactive features or services owned or controlled by TutorOnline LP that post a link to this Privacy Policy, as well as any information we collect offline and combine in our databases.

  1.       Collection and use of personal information

TutorOnline LP views user's personal information entered when registering on the Site and other data as confidential if the disclosure of which could be used to identify or contact a single person.

TutorOnline LP uses the information received from the User: for the registration of the User on the Site; to meet its obligations to the User; to assess and analyze the Site; to provide, maintain, protect and improve our service. TutorOnline LP has the right to send messages to the User that are advertising and informational. If the User does not wish to receive emails from TutorOnline LP, he must send an email to TutorOnline LP using the link located at the bottom of each message.

We may use the name you provide for your Profile across all of the services we offer that require your Account. In addition, we may replace past names associated with your Account so that you are represented consistently across all our services. If other users already have your email, or other information that identifies you, we may show them your publicly visible your Profile information, such as your name and photo.

If you have Account, we may display your Profile name, Profile photo, and actions you take on or on third-party applications connected to your Account in our services, including displaying in ads and other commercial contexts. We will respect the choices you make to limit sharing or visibility settings in your Account.

When you contact, we keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inform you about our services, such as letting you know about upcoming changes or improvements.

Links from this site can take you to the sites of several divisions of TutorOnline LP, as well as to third party websites or resources. The information practices of third party websites are not covered by this Privacy Policy or any other policies or terms of this Site. The sites of each of our divisions may also have a different privacy policy and terms of use. Be sure that you know the terms of use and privacy policy of any linked website before using it.

We regularly review our compliance with our Privacy Policy. We also adhere to several self regulatory frameworks. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow up.
